Every system we build
runs on the same foundation.
VARYX is a four-layer architecture that applies the same core methodology — pattern recognition, system design, intelligent automation, data infrastructure — to every engagement, whether we are shipping a product, building an agent, or fine-tuning a model.

The topmost layer — where raw data and workflow descriptions become structured intelligence. Includes model fine-tuning, prompt optimization, and domain knowledge encoding. Every VARYX engagement begins here: we identify what the system needs to know before we build anything.
Agent Systems & Workflow Execution
The execution layer — where intelligence becomes action. AI agents receive inputs, process them through defined decision logic, call external tools, and produce structured outputs. This is where LoadSpinner operates: load board input → pattern matching → decision → booking.
Applications & Interfaces
The interface layer — the software humans and systems interact with. Operator dashboards, SaaS platforms, internal tools, client-facing products. Built on top of the automation and intelligence layers so that every interface connects to real operational intelligence, not static data.
Infrastructure & Data Pipelines
The foundation layer — structured data flows that feed everything above it. Clean inputs, real-time sync, quality monitoring. Without this layer, the intelligence layer has nothing accurate to reason over, the automation layer has no reliable signals, and the software layer has no trustworthy state.
The layers do not operate independently. Every VARYX engagement deploys some combination of all four. An automation audit (Intelligence Layer) informs what agents to build (Automation Layer), which determines what dashboard operators need (Software Layer), which requires clean data feeds (Data Layer). This is why every engagement starts with the same question: what does the system need to know, and does the data exist to teach it?
LoadSpinner is our only active pilot product. It replaces manual truck dispatch at $20/truck per month in pilot.
Everything else described on this page is what we are building toward — in order, with LoadSpinner's standard as the bar.
