1. Agreement
By using VARYX's website (vary-x.com) or any VARYX product including LoadSpinner, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services. These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
2. Services
VARYX provides AI automation software and consulting services for businesses. Products are provided on a subscription or project basis as defined in individual service agreements. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue services with reasonable notice.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use VARYX services for unlawful purposes, to reverse-engineer our products, or to attempt unauthorized access to our systems. Misuse may result in immediate termination of access.
4. Intellectual Property
All VARYX products, systems, and content are the intellectual property of VARYX Inc. Custom systems built for clients under contract are governed by the terms of that contract. The VARYX name, gem logo, and VΛRYX wordmark are proprietary.
5. Limitation of Liability
VARYX services are provided “as is.” We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Savings estimates (such as those quoted for LoadSpinner) are based on industry benchmarks and individual results may vary.
6. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted at vary-x.com/terms. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
