1. What We Collect
When you submit the contact form on our website, we collect: your name, email address, company name, industry, and the message you provide. We also collect a budget range if selected.
When you use the VΛ chat interface, conversation content is sent to Anthropic's Claude API to generate responses. We do not permanently store chat transcripts.
2. How We Use Your Information
Contact form submissions are used solely to respond to your inquiry, assess whether VARYX can help your business, and schedule a strategy call or demo if appropriate.
We do not sell, share, or rent your information to third parties. We do not add you to marketing lists without explicit consent.
3. Data Storage
Contact submissions are stored in a Supabase (PostgreSQL) database hosted in the United States. Email notifications are delivered via Resend. Both services maintain their own security and compliance practices. You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing info@vary-x.com.
4. Cookies & Analytics
This website does not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics at this time. If analytics are added in future, this policy will be updated with 30 days notice.
